It is very dangerous for people to think they should wait until POTUS sends a clear signal to start a Civil War. Expect that will not come. And you may well have 50% ready, whereas other areas might by 10% and it averages out. And the government estimate could prove to be wildly off. I just thought it was worth mentioning where I saw that they wargamed this they came up with a 30% number, and that's not us forming two sides, that's rebelling against them.
