If they did radio-isotope watermark them, and Biden fell into the trap, then we'd have already exposed 139,000-3,000,000 fake ballots. The machines are built to read the ballot markings (see the CISA.gov pdf), but each state makes its own ballots. And if there was evidence of hundreds of thousands of ballots not accepted by the machines, then all the Steven Crowders, B Logan's, Bannons, etc would be talking about the findings.
