I had read this yesterday and just took it as true because of what I was hearing about Milwaukee having, what like 252% voter turnout, but when I saw it today about 30 mins ago, I went online (granted to the nytimes 2016 and 2020 election maps) and just pulled the numbers for each major area. I started with OH and biden did outperform hillary in Columbus and Cleveland. In actually similar percentages to the mentioned cities.

I am NOT a schill, I am a trump supporter that very much wants facts and evidence. If anyone can prove me wrong I would appreciate it. Thanks!
