I know, I know, most people think it's fake. I get that, but we've had one of our fellow caterpillars post photographic evidence that it definitely exists (to some extent) and that dude on Owen Shroyer's show sounded pretty legit and should have no realistic reason to lie about something that would be disproven a month later and ruin his 45 ywar career...

There's good reason to believe that the QFS Blockchain watermark is real. Coupled with the fact that the USPS takes a photo of every letter mail, of which the ballot is conveniently sized... It makes tracking where legal ballots went and how many, rather easy. As for where the ballots are printed, it's done at the state level working with the DHS I believe.

That's from 2018. Therefore it's very reasonable to assume that the DHS has prepared something special for the 2020 election.
