I don't even need to dicker with God about sparing us if He can find 10 righteous - we have the shed blood of Jesus Christ the righteous to cover that.
The street right in front of the capital building has paid parking and their is a big stretch of parking spots going from the capital down to the river so there’s a lot! Even the blocks surrounding all have spots but have to pay.
If I remember correctly it’s 3 dollar minimum with a card for a few hours.
