I found out that my wife's grandmother was registered to vote, requested and submitted a ballot. After looking around at what to do I found this

We have collected our evidence and submitted that but we also filled out this form and will be submitting it shortly.

Please, if you are in the state of Minnesota check on this. Report it all. this election is not the only election, it is not the last election. Whether Trump wins or not does not change the fact that the dead will just keep voting. It can be hard to see this, especially if family died only a short time ago, but the integrity of our election system is completely compromised and we need to do what we can to restore it.

This is painful for us on both a personal level as we need to dig out documents of a loved one to prevent their legacy from being soiled with fraud but also its painful as the systems we trust are compromised I would never have known if it wasn't for this website urging me to keep vigilant of stuff.
