Not only that, but a 282K vote SWING double dips (it subtracts from Biden's total and adds to Trumps total). It equates to a 564K total change.
Edit: I think I was wrong in reverse as xxnamexx530 corrected me. It means 3K votes were wrong equating to a difference of 6K when you add/subtract.

Apply that to a larger county and you're talking chunks (or like BATCHES) of 10k, 15k or more of votes.
