Trouble w/ proof is trying to reconstruct ballot data (voter, time of submission, etc). But, if Feds were involved, there are simpler approaches. For instance, track whose cellphone or car GPS entered area around 4AM (time of ballot replenishment). Then, question/threaten them. Plus, wherever the track finds they drove from may still have a supply of ready-to-be submitted ballots, which would be a smoking gun
