Follow up question, I sent this to my (liberal) brother to get his 2c on it, he is saying it all must just be a data error. I assume it would not be public knowledge, but is there a way to see the names and match them up with death records?

Sorry for the late reply im assuming you went on Public Records and located the Death certs?
Well the problem is that the PA site does not give enough info to pull a death record. One can only assume that the WIDE majority of these people born before 1920 are not alive or voting.
Those born before 1910... no way. This list shows 19 people, 110+, that are unvalidated, wether or not they are alive. Sort the list by state. Note the color code on the rows.
