Virginia Department of Elections has a bunch of data on it about how they validate absentee ballots, and how they purge voter registration records... Including which third party companies they use for data, as well as other states they work with to do validation. That could be a starting point, esp. if any of those third party companies get big donations from any prominent democratic organizations.
I could not find actual data of registered voter lists, and the tool to check your own information requires multiple validation factors.... Name, Date of Birth, last 4 of social security, and registration locality.
Finally I will mention / remind people that VA was one of the states target by "Center for Voter Information" who mailed out unsolicited absentee ballot applications to 500k Virginia voters, many which had errors on return envelopes. I believe it was proven that "Center for Voter Information" was a democratic run organization.
