I was manually comparing PA mail in ballot status page by searching just random obituaries in Dem cities and getting some hits of ballot sent Pending status. This has their name and birth date and assumed County

you can download this file .guy in 4chan paid for the name list database that goes pairs with that nicely. enter text

I sorted "Application Approved Date" by descending saw a lot this:
