These programs were scripted to add counts fuck this. Coding doesnt change outcomes unless it is purposely scripted that way. All the people that have been pulling bullshit on the left for 4 years now. I do not put it past them to rig these devices. they thought that no one would recount after use.
Software engineer here. Code will only ever do what it is told to do. This was either sheer negligence from the devs and qa team and should have been found in testing, or was a deliberate decision and they just hoped nobody would call them on it
