Sadly, most provisionals get tossed at a huge rate 75-90% MANY of them deservedly so.
We had a ton at my location, 90% were voters on both sides that did not bother to register or bother to check their registration before election day.
Most are only worth the feeling of having voted as they will be legitimatly tossed as not legal votes.
