Nitpicking but it'll be Iran as the model. Meaning, you can vote out a bad water bureau chief if he's doing a bad job, but anything with real power is approved by the theocracy, and the state religion in this case is intersectional feminism, critical theory, and postmodernism. Also, candidates opposing the regime either get struck from the ballot or wind up suicided. I understand now why Bernie and Tulsi had to get pushed away by the Dems--it's not that they aren't left of center, but it's that they aren't sociopaths.
