PA’s own law says all votes must be received by 8pm on election day. Their Supreme Court took it upon themselves to change the law. A power which they do not have. From what I heard, they would have had to send the matter back to the State legislature to be addressed. Instead they ignored State law and basically made a decree to change law that only the legislature has power to do, which is a violation of Constitutional law.
