Not in anyway implying that this is significant. Just looking for more thoughts. Why would so many people be registered to vote on the same day? Someone else said that it is probably due to the presidential election which was 2 months away. I guess another thing could be that they were backed up and caught up in one day. It still looks fishy to me because 70000 of the 80000 were from one district. In the other case 30000 out of the 32000 were from one district. Maybe the voting zones were moved too but I don't know how to check this. Maybe someone just added a bunch of people to the roll and used the same registration date/county. I'm not sure what it means just putting it out there because it seems weird. I think the next step would be to figure out how to get a voter roll from a few years back and check. I can't seem to find it.

The suspicious thing is that it appears (If I'm reading this right) they were all registered from one location.

A reasonable explanation would be a voter registration drive which used physical media (HDD, ZIP disk, floppy's, etc) and we're added in all at the same time once the computers were collected

I don't know how they register or where they registered the raw data looks like this:
"006058566-46" "" "ROCKEY" "CRISTETA" "C" "" "F" 10/27/1900 08/29/1996 "A" 08/29/1996 "R" "230" "" "CROSSHILL RD" "" "" "WYNNEWOOD" "PA" "19096" "" "" "" "" "" 11/03/2020 "401401" "401401-1" 10/24/2020 "00378567" "401401" "WD4014" "SC075" "MN040" "MG204" "STH149" "STS17" "USC05" "CO46" "" "" "" "401401-1" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "R" "" "R" "" "R" "" "" "" "R" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "AP" "R" "" "" "" "" "" "" "AP" "R" "" "" "" "" "" "" "AP" "R" "" "" "" "" "" "" "AP" "R" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "AP" "R" "" "" "" "" "AP" "R" "" "" "AP" "R" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "" "AP" "R" "" "" "" "" "" "MONTGOMERY" ""

I guess that memory stick thing makes sense.

You can import this into excel under the file menu and choosing "Import CSV file"....on the import options there should be a field for delineator which is a comma, click that and change it to a space and it should mostly work. You may need to tweak the settings if it detects spaces in addresses as an extra field....but after that the data should make more sense. MOST of the codes are voting district codes so when they print ballots it adds the candidates for federal, state, county, and city.
