Former NSA technical director BILL BINNEY had offered to work on a plan by which states could quickly and securely process mail-in and other off-site submitted ballots and determine their authenticity. His systems would have prevented the introduction of fraudulent ballots, which has already taken place in all the key remaining battleground states such as Pennsylvania. No one took him up on his offer.
No matter how many ballots there are and no matter how they have been cast there is no reason that they could not be counted sooner. It is merely a question of the design of the system of checks & balances and the hiring of sufficient manpower. None of this should ever have been left to the nattering nabobs of various counties in various states or the politically corrupt state election boards.
The idea that processing needs to be slow is both idiotic and incompetent. The idea that counts should take forever is even more stupidly incompetent. Hire sufficient qualified people and this would not be the case.
The states needed to be ordered by the Federal courts to begin processing ballots as soon as they were received and to precount them. That this immediate processing was not done everywhere, especially when the large quantity of such ballots was expected, opens the entire system up to chaos and fraud.

Binney is a great guy to hear from now. I would be very curious to hear his take.
