Supreme court dismissed #1, but 3 judges have already said they would take on 2 AND ALREADY STATED they would reverse the dumb ass PA courts decision to make rules regarding elections. PA COURTS cannot decide that, legislatures do. And according to legislatures:
YOU CANNOT COUNT ANY VOTES AFTER 8pm on election day. PERIOD, unequivocally. In other words: it is unconstitutional for PA Supreme court to make their judgement.
This is honestly amazing. It seems 100% clear as day to me that's it's a direct violation of the us constitution. Article 1 sec 4 leaves no ambiguity to what it says, neither did the election law that the PA legislature passed. I honestly don't see how this would NOT be overturned.
The problem with mail in ballots is that once the fraud happens it's nearly impossible to prove after the fact.
They can't call up every voter and ask "hey are you alive? Who did you vote for?". In MI and WI they dumped in 100s of thousands of Biden ballots into the mix, so anything but a full audit wouldn't uncover it.
Looks like all mail in ballots not received by 8:00 pm on election Election Day in PA. will “probably” not count Trump wins PA.

The federal court ruled that PA had to keep late mail in ballots separate from the ones that arrived before election poll closing.
