Yes! With a revote with no mass mail in ballots, at least the entire population can walk away feeling it was 'basically fair'. They may not be happy with the result but it would be better than the current mess. The damage is already done for this election... no matter what 50% of the population will feel that it is stolen, fake, a complete shit show mess and the president illegitimate... on a level that hasn't happened in modern times.

A more efficient and fail proof solution would probably be, as many are suggesting, to throw the vote to the state legislative bodies, who officially have control of electoral votes under article II of the US constitution. Almost every state we need has a Republican majority in their state legislature.
If there are disputes about this between the governor and legislature that are unsolvable by the mid-December deadline, the vote for President can be thrown to the Republican majority US Senate, where each state would get a single vote.
While I am on board for another vote, I don't think many of these ballot physically exist. They would fail a recount, because they do not physically exist.

We had one challenge that I responded to and I won because I catalogued everything and made nothing outside the watch or documentation of the observers. The challenge was essentially I made an error in the rules, to which technically I did but it was found not to have an impact on any ballots as it was an announcement error and not a tabulation error.
Any spoilage sucks but the supervisors did that when they failed in their duty.
