Is that just how all Mail in ballots are shown “name wise”? I see there are R’s in there as well.

I don't see anything that shows a voter's name as "Mailin Allegheny"

I'm guessing the jan 1 1800 and jan 1 1900 birth dates are defaults of some sort. Still suspect. More suspect is the volume of voters over 100 years old

Maybe it's the voting that keeps them so young and active? I wonder if they ever get called for jury duty??
