I agree but you do have to prove intent I don’t want some ID theft to cause me to be presumed guilty I moved out of OC California and it took me two tries to tell them I moved and was not a resident I wouldn’t be surprised if they sent me a ballot to my old address and if someone voted it then a problem for me? Typical democratic bullshit.

But if proven to vote twice then yes jail time and pernaban from future voting

Agreed, but we need hardening processes to make it much easier to prove intent.

Yeah, gotta be careful. I have moved from my home state a few years back and have emailed, called, and filled out forms after my parents received voter registration info after two years of not living there. I've done this twice, it's now 5 years since changing residence and I'm still active in my home state.
