Would this be why MSNBC this morning was hyping up that most provisional ballots are expected to lean to Trump? Call the bluff..
There's no way they are going to throw them all out. I see it as applying to anything after election day.
At least what the campaign asked for originally wasn't to throw them all out and that's not what the court took up.
