I'll be honest, I'm not sure how they would do this in Kansas to the scale of other states. We have voter ID laws that would prevent a lot of it, but I suppose it wouldn't stop mail-in ballot fuckery.
Sounds like we need a constitutional amendment banning the use of non-solicited mail-in ballots, among other things like voter ID.
