Someone mentioned this a few mins ago, and I think this could be big for MI if it pans out. Michigan has an offender tracking tool (just look up MDOC OTIS) . Many names and DOBs of people who will never see the light of day. Try some common names like Smith or Johnson and anyone convicted in Wayne County. (May have to guess at zip codes). I'll dig in after the milli-Pedes are down for the night. Second thought... They aren't supposed to legally be able to vote while serving a sentence so thats probably enough to deter the left.
