MI legislature:

Senate: 22 Rep / 16 Dem House: 58 Rep / 52 Dem

We might have a chance to get a fair hearing.

Remember folks - a little less conversation, a little more action PLEASE! We have read enough strongly worded letters for a life time. Demand audits now. Before they have a chance to destroy more evidence!

This should be fun. The primary investors in the company that made the “Glitchy” change-R-votes-to-Democrat Machines which was bought out by them in 2018, Staple Street Partners, just happens to have been Clinton’s FCC Chairman, and Obama’s Campaign Technology Advisor. But I am sure that is just a coincidence, right?

Hopefully they are able to force some audit or review. I think the MI SoS is a Whitmer ally and Whitmer hates Trump so much I could see nothing being done unless forced to.

The legislature wasn't able to do anything with the Whitmer coronavirus EOs. She just said she had this indefinite emergency power and that was it. It was eventually declared unconstitutional by the supreme court although now it's the county health department with the exact same mask requirement and other bullshit.

Whither and SOS don’t set rules for elections. That falls squarely to the state legislature. What Michigan GOP House should have done is make a declarative deadline, with no waivers for late ballots. That is why it’s called Election DAY.

On Saturday? That's a surprise.

Gee, where the fuck was this ONE WEEK OR MORE AGO?!

I mean, Twitter just kept popping up "Learn how voting by mail is safe and secure" so obviously it had to be.

No bullshit, you cunts better get your fat twinky-fed asses down to that building and make your voices heard.

Governments only respect FORCE. It's sad but it's true. This is why the Left and the Muslims get whatever they want: intimidation. Don't let anyone guilt you out of BOOTS ON THE GROUND.

Godspeed faggots.

I found an article on this.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel’s Press Secretary Ryan Jarvi released the following statement:

“The Trump campaign’s lawsuit demonstrates either a failed attempt by plaintiffs to cobble together a legitimate claim, or their clear lack of understanding of Michigan’s election laws. The Court correctly described the campaign’s claims as nothing more than hearsay, and our office will ask the Court to dismiss this meritless lawsuit. The will of voters is what matters in this election, and their ballots in Michigan have been counted in a transparent, fair and accurate manner.”
