It's not in the dataset that the link points to, but if you check the full dataset it's still there.
Make sure to change the date-of-birth filters on the upper right side. I had to change the range to include the 2020 birthday.

I did that too. 2002 to 2020 and the only thing that popped up on the filter was 2002 items, both on the site and the CSV data

I was looking at that database and it said people born in 1800 received mail-in ballots is this some clerical thing that was never updated, there is quite a few
