Not a lawyer but I feel if those who committed fraud - supervisors asked to change/add dates, those suspected of filling out ballots, those destroying or altering ballots etc. are arrested, those cases will inevitably shed light and add massive legitimacy to all that is happening.

Also while I’m here I believe full/partial amnesty should be offered to anyone coming forward for a period of 24 hours, maybe even a reward. After that the law will decide what happens.
