Pedes, MAGAITES,

I want to share with you all for a minute.

Like many of you I’m prone to nihilistic tendencies. Or becoming a Doomer if you will.

Personal story for a minute. In the last year I have had my ex-wife leave, found out she had 5+ affairs, found out one of them was with my best friend of 15 years (who also married us) who killed himself 4 months ago, got T-Boned in my dream car I got for myself, my Mom was in a wheel chair for 6 months while I was her primary caretaker, almost lost my job due to being unable to sleep and my PTSD from my time working Corrections absolutely whup my ass.

Now we are all facing this....and I am not conceding, downcast or worried. I am not giving up or depressed. And God knows I have spent most of this year that way.

July 2019 I started praying for the first time in 7 years.

On my life let me tell you God has our back. Hold the line, keep the faith, even if you don’t believe in God.

Evil will not go unpunished. And we have all spent enough time here and online to know the evil these people have perpetrated.

“Live for something, or die for nothing.”

Hold. The. Line. In your mind and in your heart.

God’s blessings on all of you.

“ Do not go gentle into that good night, Old age should burn and rave at close of day; Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right, Because their words had forked no lightning they Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight, And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way, Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay, Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height, Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray. Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage, rage against the dying of the light.”
