It's operations were completely ethical. The management finally got so fed up with the Democrats witch hunt that they shut the operations down. During this investigation, it turned up that Loran Space Systems sold government secrets to China, but that was just brushed under the rug, Bernie Schwartz being a major supporter of the Democratic party.
That company I worked for was still a target because of its conservative culture. It was eventually torn apart completely by Wall Street. The company had been hated by the left since the 60's.
