I am ex-military and worked for one of the most important high tech government contractors during the 80's. During that time there was a major DOJ investigation. It was obvious that the DOJ was taking direction from the Democrats. They were targeting conservatively ran companies. The division of the company I worked for was the one that did government work. It's operations were completely ethical. The management finally got so fed up with the Democrats witch hunt that they shut the operations down. During this investigation, it turned up that Loran Space Systems sold government secrets to China, but that was just brushed under the rug, Bernie Schwartz being a major supporter of the Democratic party.
That company I worked for was still a target because of its conservative culture. It was eventually torn apart completely by Wall Street. The company had been hated by the left since the 60's. In all truth, some of the leftist infested companies that now dominate the market would not exist if conservative companies hadn't been driven out of business.
This is part of the story that no one seems to know about. Btw, I was partly responsible for my management making their decision. A so called government auditor thought he could yell at me. I'm autistic. I react very badly in the face of nonsense.
