Obviously I have no idea, but I would think not. The software, from what I heard, didn't create votes out of thin air, it counted a good amount of Trumps votes towards Biden. So I would think that Trump had even more votes then what he had when he was winning and the dems still had to resort to fake ballots. But I have 0 knowledge of the software and what it does or is capable of doing, so take this all with a grain of salt.
As for filling out the ballots. It would take alot of people a long time to fill out 300k ballots. If I were them, I would have ballots on hand in each swing state already filled out, a little more then what I would think we could lose by. I think they lost way worse then intended, used up all their ballots in MI and maybe WI, which is why they got such a huge spike earlier. Then had to make more for PA and GA which is why it is taking them so much longer to catch up to Trump
Quite possible. It may have been a mistake when the vote count spiked in Wisconsin at 4am. The syste. Was probably supposed to do it slowly and gradually, not in huge bursts.
