The only thing I could find was a record of me voting, but not whether or not my ballot/vote was actually counted.

I’m in the same boat. Getting a feeling they just didn’t count our votes out here now.

No idea and if I call and ask they will probably just give me some bull shit lie. Just like they did when they handed me a felt pen at the polling location

Check on the link below, and file a complaint with the California Department of Elections (using the link on the below page) and U.S. Election Assistance Commission, as well as notifying Trump's election fraud hotline, Project Veritas and emailing Congressman Devin Nunes:

I also used a felt pen, but didn't think anything of it since it was the same type of pen that's always been used.

I'm sorry, but that's only for mail-in and provisional ballots. I voted in person on election day. How do I check if the vote I cast on election day was counted? Am I missing something?

Sorry missed that - you can contact your county elections office to see if your vote was counted.
