People almost never go split ballot let alone president only. MOST people vote down ballot. A lot of these "extra' Biden votes are just for him, not his congress candidates or senators or judges etc.
More importantly, if people do go split ballot, it's because they took the time to research candidates and decide which ones they liked. No one's going to vote in every Republican candidate EXCEPT Trump if they've done more than just cursory research, even if they LIKE the swamp.

In canada we only elect MPs (house of reps equivalent) so everyone knows going in what party they'll vote for. My province is an exception where we elect our senators but only when there is a vacancy and it's not legally binding, just tradition. Honestly so many idiots out there I think party affiliation should be taken off the ballot.
The PA Supreme Court unconstitutionally changing this law may have been the best thing to happen to us. The law says that any violation of the law itself nullifies the law, and its the law that allows mail in ballots to begin with.
From now on the government needs to be told to have every ballot back to their proper election office at least one week before Election Day. After Election Day is unacceptable.

You should have to show up with voter ID, photo ID (government issued), and last 4 digits of social security #.

-Who is the governor of your state?

I was in the military and voted absentee, and during that time I had the opportunity to serve as an exchange personnel with the Canadian Forces. And in Canada, along with the fact that they had to show ID at the polls, even absentee voters didn't mail in their ballots. They voted at a remote site, IN-PERSON, and then their votes were processed to the correct riding (district).
Mail in ballots should only be issued to those who can submit a Request to get one because they physically cannot be present during election day. My state sent out applications to every registered voter practically begging for you to take a mail in ballot Because MUY Covid.
They did not have to go that far. They could have just had people still request absentee ballots if they were concerned about Covid and follow the normal process for absentee ballots. Never should have been every single person gets mailed a ballot.

This is correct. After my mailman decided to return to sender every single check I was mailed last year I signed up for the USPS informed delivery service. It's free and works off their existing system. They will email you every day an image of all mail that's supposed to go to your mailbox.

USPS horror story time. Back in my junior senior year of high school, every college in the area was basically sending out pamphlets and why you should apply to them. The college had basically rubber band it together a whole bunch of pamphlets that all went through the town I lived in.
Mine happen to be on the top. The dumbasses in the local post office were too stupid or lazy to remove the rubber band to separate the pile to be delivered to each person’s mailbox. I pulled mine off the top stuck it back in the mailbox with a note saying wrong address. Female care refused to pick it up, bring it back to the post office to be sorted and re-mailed out. I called the post office and the local postmaster said that that was impossible for them to do.

There are no do-overs in presidential elections. The constitution doesn't allow for it. The 12th amendment says that if there's no majority by the deadline, then the state house of representatives vote for the president, and that is majority Republican, meaning Trump wins.

We can do some very useful things with this, even if there aren't definite identifying marks. When you are able to determine the amount of ballots which were returned actually through the mail and compare with the number of supposedly mailed in ballots, large discrepancies will surface - in particular areas of fraud. This is extremely powerful evidence, but we need all of these photos to be retained starting (literally) yesterday.

Seems like it. Now, the PA General Assembly is not going to ignore the popular vote of the PA. PA since the very first election in 1788 has held a popular vote to choose electors. It’s part of their tradition. However, if the courts determine that the entire election (in PA) can’t be trusted, then there are provisions for a re-vote on state/federal level down ballot items, but the presidency is different than all those other elections. The presidential popular election exists at the pleasure of the state legislature. If the popular vote does not exist, there is no structure for revoting: the day is set by federal statute as the first Tuesday in November. Without a popular vote, it goes directly to the state legislature to vote on. AFAIK there is NO legal basis for what to do next besides some foundational constitutional texts, and all they say is “the state legislatures choose the electors.” So, a simple majority in both houses would seem to do the trick.

They would have to have a system for marking when they were received. Either they forged that, never marked them received, or received them late. All three could be deduced scientifically.

It doesn't by itself, but we can file each instance of voter fraud as a separate crime, and charge the whole lot of them in a RICO case. It would be the largest in history, but it can and should be done. That's not what the Supreme Court is going to hear on, though. We're going to be dealing with several levels of the Judicial, probably for years, to sort all this out. SCOTUS will rule there's enough evidence that a certain amount of the count needs to be thrown out, and it will probably be enough to rule in our favor.

But there is this process for the POTUS determination. So my guess is they won't be affected, as the contested status only applies to the electoral college process.

Ugh, not great. I'm only 20 and with a damn near perfect bill of health to boot, so I'll be okay. Had it for two days so far, with periodic bouts of fatigue, migraines, and severe chills. Either the state House(s) (or is it one member of the federal House - I'm getting conflicting data on that, and i'm not going to deep-dive that at the moment), or the state is excluded from the process (which would be a nice punishment too - imagine the midterms).
I don't think it can be exact same. Rules up tom states and state didn't follow its own rule of act 77 signed by current leadership last year. All ballots after 8pm on election day don't count. It's pa law.

In canada we only elect MPs (house of reps equivalent) so everyone knows going in what party they'll vote for. My province is an exception where we elect our senators but only when there is a vacancy and it's not legally binding, just tradition. The PA Supreme Court unconstitutionally changing this law may have been the best thing to happen to us. The law says that any violation of the law itself nullifies the law, and its the law that allows mail in ballots to begin with.

This is correct. After my mailman decided to return to sender every single check I was mailed last year I signed up for the USPS informed delivery service. It's free and works off their existing system. They will email you every day an image of all mail that's supposed to go to your mailbox.

USPS horror story time. Back in my junior senior year of high school, every college in the area was basically sending out pamphlets and why you should apply to them. The college had basically rubber band it together a whole bunch of pamphlets that all went through the town I lived in.
Mine happen to be on the top. The dumbasses in the local post office were too stupid or lazy to remove the rubber band to separate the pile to be delivered to each person’s mailbox. I pulled mine off the top stuck it back in the mailbox with a note saying wrong address. Female care refused to pick it up, bring it back to the post office to be sorted and re-mailed out. I called the post office and the local postmaster said that that was impossible for them to do.
I just take stuff like that and put it in the outgoing mailbox at the local post office.

There are no do-overs in presidential elections. The constitution doesn't allow for it. The 12th amendment says that if there's no majority by the deadline, then the state house of representatives vote for the president, and that is majority Republican, meaning Trump wins.

Seems like it. Now, the PA General Assembly is not going to ignore the popular vote of the PA. PA since the very first election in 1788 has held a popular vote to choose electors. It’s part of their tradition. However, if the courts determine that the entire election (in PA) can’t be trusted, then there are provisions for a re-vote on state/federal level down ballot items, but the presidency is different than all those other elections. The presidential popular election exists at the pleasure of the state legislature. If the popular vote does not exist, there is no structure for revoting: the day is set by federal statute as the first Tuesday in November. Without a popular vote, it goes directly to the state legislature to vote on. AFAIK there is NO legal basis for what to do next besides some foundational constitutional texts, and all they say is “the state legislatures choose the electors.” So, a simple majority in both houses would seem to do the trick.

Honestly I wouldn't even do absentee because they would fuck that up too. The only voters that should be able to vote remotly are military stationed overseas and in that case they vote on base. Those ballots are saved to send back later to make sure they don't "disappear" and the totals are sent over instead.

In my state, early voting is considered absentee. It's like you show up, fill out your "absentee" ballot, and drop it in the machine all at once.
Early voting shouldn't be legal, either. If you can't bother to make it to the polls on election day, your vote must not be that important to you. We'll make it a Federal Holiday, just to make it easier.

This order from Alito is extremely positive, but I don't think it alone solves the origami like layers of crimes going on.
It doesn't by itself, but we can file each instance of voter fraud as a separate crime, and charge the whole lot of them in a RICO case. It would be the largest in history, but it can and should be done. That's not what the Supreme Court is going to hear on, though. We're going to be dealing with several levels of the Judicial, probably for years, to sort all this out. SCOTUS will rule there's enough evidence that a certain amount of the count needs to be thrown out, and it will probably be enough to rule in our favor.
Much of this is also up to the state legislatures.

Ugh, not great. I'm only 20 and with a damn near perfect bill of health to boot, so I'll be okay. Had it for two days so far, with periodic bouts of fatigue, migraines, and severe chills. The States' Legislatures decide their Electors (as per Article 2 of the US Constitution).
Congress (as per the US Constitution) sets the Time(frame) for States' Legislatures to do this, which congress set in 3 USC 1 as "Election Day" (aka this 3rd of Nov).
3 USC 2 which says States' Legislatures can chose their Electors later if they select by Election; is either totally unconstitutional as per above; or if a Roberts majority upholds it; then guess what? All States' Legislatures this year can send in late their choice of Electors, so look at the Map:

Either way, DJT/Pence won more than 270+ Electors; and well as Republicans won Senate contests, House contests, and hundreds of State Legislatures and other offices.
BTW Speaking of Special Elections and Governor/Registrar frauds; Article 1, Section 2, Clause 4 of the US Constitution basically says governors have to call for a special election when there is a vacancy in the House. But CA gov Gavin Newsom has openly violated this since Jan 11th for the heavily Republican 50th Congressional District; now why isn't Newsom in jail, or abdicated out of office for Oath Violations etc?

I think what this ruling is is the beginning of the supreme court working out exactly what to do. This was a precaution in case they wanted to just not count them.
Whatever the supreme court decides becomes precedent for all elections for all time in the US. So the fact that they are getting involved is a really huge deal.
