If it's anything like what the lower courts decided for New Jersey, it's an election redo.
Many of you have rightly noted that this segregating/securing was already supposed to be happening. PA GOP told SCOTUS today neither it nor the PA Sec of Commonwealth could get all the county boards of election to confirm they were actually complying. Now there's a SCOTUS Order.
But they already mixed them. Every Biden gains after 11/3 is null and void.
If they mixed them with the 11/3 ballots then the whole PA election is null and void. Whoops!
Sucks if my ballot gets tossed, but at least my vote wasn't changed to Biden.
In person voting isn't done on a ballot. The election should still stand, just without mail ins.
