I think what this ruling is is the beginning of the supreme court working out exactly what to do. This was a precaution in case they wanted to just not count them.
Whatever the supreme court decides becomes precedent for all elections for all time in the US. So the fact that they are getting involved is a really huge deal.
What about the ones that are BACKDATED postmark? How can they prove that?
How could one prove a ballot case after 8pm?
Ballots are scanned after receipt. Time stamped They don't tabulate by hand. Can you imagine?
I am just saying if they threw and fit and mixed them all together.
