They'll at least have to toss all those received after the clock rolled over to midnight, if that were the case since Biden got most of those votes that would make Trump the winner of PA.
That's honestly what they should with all the states currently being contested at this point, it would probably cost Trump Arizona but he would legally win the election since almost all the fake votes Biden was getting mostly came well after that.
We already have evidence the ballots were mixed.
If PA comes back and says they were not. They are now criminals.
If they come back and say they were. The election in PA is null and void.
