Maybe I’m ignorant of how the SC works but can a single Justice do that?

I think it means that the court is going to consider looking at whether to stop ballots received after Nov 3, 8PM because that is the date that the State legislature has set. The Democrat elected PA Courts upped the mail in ballots till 3 days later. with no or miss-matched signature. Legally, it is the legislature who should set the law, not the courts.

If a random judge from Hawaii can cancel executive orders from the seat of his toilet who knows what a SC JUSTICE can do
