Only risk is if they 4d chess move and add fraud ballots to piles of trump votes.

I dont think they have IQ above 80 tho so i think wed be safe

Courts are generally not favorable to people who refuse to or claim they can not follow a court order, regardless of politics.

Exactly. Proof it never had integrity isn't justification to accept polluted results. It's the exact opposite. That's why they did it, they want people to get upset that integrity will be maintained.

I hadn't thought of it that way. If we prove the Democrats cheated, it's unreasonable to assume they didn't need to to win the election. SCOTUS should rule that we automatically win, if they can find any legal reasoning along these lines.
