the logical thing to assume that if they ignored the court order, then the supremes could potentially just invalidate ALL mail in ballots in the state. i mean surely that’s the only possible option right? PA cant just say oops we forgot and then be allowed to just let the ballot count stand right? lmao
It reads like there was no court order, just guidance from the secretary that SCOTUS assumed would be followed when they made previous decision not to rule before election with the understanding any constitutional violations could be remedied later. So I don’t think they violated a court order, bu5 Judges don’t like to feel mislead so this could be significant.

A states vote is cast by a states elector, selected by the state legislature. Maybe it would just go to them.
That’s probably what will end up happening
And then we will win, and mine salt for all eternity
That salt could cure cancer and bring back the babies the left killed with MuH ChOice
I have hypertension already just thinking about it.
We're going to need a bigger boat.
If by salt you mean complete and utter chaos? Yes.
And brother, if this gets thrown to the state legislatures, that's going to be a whole new world of fight
It would just be the contested states. PA’s legislature is Republican dominated in both houses, so there would be no fight.
Never underestimate the power of Republicans to be bribed and blackmailed, stab Trump in the back, and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory
Understood. I'm just finding the irony humorous.
It's either that or load more mags.
It will be an uphill battle for the dems though since most of these swing state legislatures have Republican majorities.
Oh my heart just bleeds for them...
Cry me a river. They'll be lucky if we're not screaming for tribunals if we get through this.
TREASON
All but Nevada I believe
This is one way to get a contingent election.

Go with whatever the count was up until the first observer was denied entry
