I don't think there's time to re-do it before December 14. Even if you could do in-person and local mail-in voting, absentee voters overseas would most certainly be disenfranchised.
I've never felt someone overseas should be able to vote anyway. If you aren't living here at the moment you get no say in election. Or at the very least, they should have to fly in to vote
No fuck you, if you choose to be overseas during an election that is your choice and you can choose to come back for the election. Your mUH FeeLins and Muh RiGhts come at the expense of creating a huge security exploit.
