Good question. Maybe only the presidential election is called into question. I'm not aware that there are any mechanics installed to apply to House or Senate races. But there is this process for the POTUS determination. So my guess is they won't be affected, as the contested status only applies to the electoral college process.

It's only the presidential election that would be affected because it's a federal ruling.
No. This is a ruling on electoral fraud which is federal jurisdiction. If mail in ballots are thrown out, that is for all races.
Run-off special elections for seats, a few months from now.
Would probably have to go to the state supreme court to decide.
