It would just be the contested states. PA’s legislature is Republican dominated in both houses, so there would be no fight.

Too many people don't see that.

The Republicans are not our friends. They are just the least heinous enemy.

Republicans as a whole are spineless and unwilling to fight. They're controlled opposition at best. Handing this over to them could very well not go the way that it should by all rights go.
