I don't think so. The PA statute couldn't be more clear. ALL ballots are due by 8:00 pm on election day. She a textualist..

I hope you are right, she makes me nervous for some reason. I don’t want another John Roberts that just loves the attention of the swing vote.

Exactly, and the reason she recused herself in the first place is probably so they would do exactly this and get caught!

No they had to make a decision literally the day after she was sworn in. She didn't have time to look at the case at all so yes she didn't vote. And honestly I don't blame her.

Actually I don’t think she recused herself, she just didn’t vote so it was a 4-4 tie and it went to the previous courts ruling. I suspect it will be back to the SC now that it’s done
