Isn't it more like a six percent swing? Dems lose 3% and Reps gain 3% equals 6%. For example, if 1 Trump vote goes to Biden, wouldn't it take 2 additional Trump votes to make him whole?
Am I thinking about this wrong because I think the damage is double the 3% number being talked about?

She could mean it either way. She's either saying a 3% swing or 3% change. She's probably have to clarify.
