It changed votes. How many fake ballots are in the system now though?
This “glitch” effected electronic counts. It changed votes. A manual recount of the physical ballots will not line up with the machine total.
In specific races where the “update” was downloaded. Like Chicago and Northwest Indiana, for instance. Or Milwaukee ( Madison would have been too obvious, with half the students on distance learning.)
