So if anyone is saying they weren't allowed in the same room as the counters, that's false. But Eric Shawn's "point" about the Republican watchers having the same distance from counters as the Democrat watchers was pretty idiotic, since the Democrat watchers aren't trying to see anything. Perino should have pushed that a bit, but Fox always overschedules all its "news" programs, and she probably didn't have time to open that can of worms. She's also a frightfully unskilled interviewer and seems to have some desperate need to be "nice", that prevents her from ever really pushing anybody on anything.
Most of FNC's daytime programming qualifies as "infotainment", not real news. Advertisers on FNC are paying for a large audience, not for a sophisticated audience. Fox Business is where most of the real news programming is.

Exactly. Fox is now where the rest of the media was pre-2016. They would tell and defend half truths.
