Modi won by close to half a million votes. So to defeat him you need to rig close to 300 machines in different locations. Each booth has close to 20 official (minimum) doing their duties including security. So you need to bribe over 6000 officials to change the votes. I think its better to use that money for campaigning than do this kind of operation in the first place.
