Yes, this may sound crazy but bear with me here.
So first what you're going to want to do is take all of the devs for the voting software as well as their benificiaries together. This is important. You may need a few helicopters as well. Next, you will want to take the helicopters up to maximum altitude and throw them out.
Anyway, it's kind of a complicated process, so let me know when that step's done then I'll let you know what to do next!
