But CA gov Gavin Newsom has openly violated this since Jan 11th for the heavily Republican 50th Congressional District.
Now why isn't Newsom in jail, or abdicated out of office for Oath Violations etc? Where's the judges whom will uphold their Oaths and uphold the Constitution? Where's the Republicans (citizens or officeholders) whom will help upholding the US Constitution in a lawsuit? Why is it if you bring this up, all hell will rain down upon you and your family? Why wont anyone in the Republican State policial party or the congress or the WH asking to enforce the US Constitution for 9 months now?
If going to recall Nancy's nephew Gavin, why not do it over a cut and dry as written In the US Constitution issue like Art 1, Sect 2, Clause 4 & CA 50th?
Way past time for the Courts to enforce the rule of law again including the US Constitution, including how Electors are selected, and how in American no Election should be stuffed with Postmarks or otherwise, after the polls close.
Things like this Dem National Election are peanuts compared to the corruption and unconstitutional crap going for years now by the Dems in CA--and the silence enforced by the Marxist'STASI is deafening.

BTW for anyone who really wants to understand how these commies and corrupt work and what to do about it rather than falling into their traps:
1.) Understand the State Legislatures are the ones whom Select the Electors.
2.) Visiting/calling your actual State Legislature representative (CA it is an Assemblymember or State Senate). This has 10000% more political weight, than a rally in the capital on a Saturday, when they aren't even there.
3.) Going to "march on the State Capitals" is very counter-productive (especially at this point).
4.) Keep in mind, there is some historic precident; such as the Dems pulling the "he's not my President post-1860 election" version; and sending a "rally" to the State Capitals is part of their playbook. It will have nothing positive for us, but can have lots of downsides.
5.) No matter what a group says or doesn't say; the marxist-media censorship will put whatever labels/words/actions into the group and day's events.
6.) In case you don't know these things, you should look at the payroll calendar with holidays; and understand how overtime works in Law Enforcement. If you know these things, you wouldn't be doing a rally in the capitals particularly on some weekends vs others.
7.) The "just following orders types" and $oro$ D.A.s run the shows in many places and at many levels, so by advocating crap like "show up or shut up" and comments going on about CCW/etc. This is all the evildoers need to go get unlimited warrants on any/all; as there are so many LaRaza/Mecha/Chi-Comm/Marxist Judges (particularly in CA at both State and Federal levels) it's not even funny; and over half of judges are former D.A.s and add in former L.E.O.s and now the % is very high. Do not expect to have the US Constitution enforced, you will be guilty until proven innocent; and basic rights like bail or evidence for your defense; or heck a speedy trial won't even occur for years. CALL/email your STATE LEGISLATOR(s) whom represent YOU, they have the Constitutional Power to select Electors!
