For those without CCWs, I'm pretty sure you can have a gun in a backpack with one of those dumb chain locks going through the slide.

Yeah, it would take a minute to get it going, but realistically there will be enough CCWs there, and guns won't be needed anyways, especially this early into The Steal. The violent on the left are too dumb to know what is going on, so they still think they won.
